Theta brainwaves are associated to inner guidance, visualization, intuition and dreams.

Schumann Resonance refers to the frequency of the electromagnetic field of the earth and this is called the Earth Resonance Frequency. This frequency was discovered by the physicist Winfried Otto Schumann and calculated at 7.83 hertz. For that reason this frequency is called the Schumann Resonance and is important because is the frequency in which all the beings on earth harmonize with.
