The Idle Mind album by Technomind has one hour of deep and meditative ambient music designed to help you profoundly relax, calm down, meditate and even sleep. It is embedded with Theta - Delta brainwave pulses. The first track ramp down from 7 HZ Theta to the deep 1 Hz Delta durind the entire session. The second track stays steady at 0.5 Hz Epsion. Listen to the first track for a quick relaxation or the entire album or the second track in a loop for a more deep and profound experience.

Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where affirmations and hypnosis are most effective. Delta brainwaves are associated with deep sleep, unconscious awareness and a state of empathy. Brainwaves below 0.5Hz have been classified as a separate band called Epsilon. These very slow brainwaves are associated with mystical states of consciousness, anti-aging and rejuvenation.
