The From Gamma to Delta album by Technomind is a collection of brainwave music designed to help you focus, enhance your awareness, meditate, relax and even sleep depending on the track listened. The more tracks you listen, the deeper you go.

The first five tracks are deseigned to enhance your awareness and concentration with Gamma and Beta brainwave pulses. Gamma (38 Hz to 70 Hz) brainwaves are associated with increased sensory perception, compassion, happiness, higher mental activity and consolidation of information. The Beta (13 Hz to 38 Hz) brainwave state is associated with a heightened state of alertness and focused concentration. So individuals in this state are awake and alert. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day.

The tracks from six to ten are embedded with Alpha (8HZ to 12HZ) brainwave pulses, being great for relaxation and meditation. Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. Alpha is the first brainwave pattern that can be reached during the meditation practice and is associated with increased creativity, improved the immune system and release of serotonin.

The tracks from eleven do sixteen are embedded with Theta (3HZ to 8HZ) brainwave pulses. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where affirmations and hypnosis are most effective.

The last three tracks are embedded with Delta (0.5HZ - 3HZ) brainwave pulses. Delta brainwaves are associated with deep sleep, unconscious awareness and a state of empathy. When your dominant brainwave is Delta, your body is healing itself.
