The Oracle Of Delphi album is brainwave trip designed to help you deeply relax, meditate and enhance your inner awareness. It was inspired by the Oracle of Delphi and has a mysteriuos ambient music with rebab and cretan lyra notes as well as fire and wind sounds. It is embedded with Alpha and Theta brainwave pulses, gouing down from 12 Hz to 5.5 Hz.

The Oracle of Delphi was the name given to the high priestess of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi who also served as the oracle. The site of Delphi is located in upper central Greece, along the slope of Mount Parnassus, and includes the sanctuary of Apollo, the site of the ancient Oracle. Going through the entry porch, we notice inscriptions in greek characters. One set of characters stand for Gnothi Seauthon which translated into English means "Know yourself".

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deeper relaxation, daydreaming, and sleep. Some benefits of reaching the theta state may include healing, deep levels of relaxation, peak levels of creativity, learning and improved memory. Theta brainwaves are associated to inner guidance, visualization and intuition.

The Oracle Of Delphi is a gerat tool to help your meditation practice. Only with self-knowledge can you be the best version of you. The more consistent you are in your meditation practice, the more you come to understand about yourself, which is the source of fulfillment in life.
