The Tower Of Babel is a white noise program designed to help you relax with pure white noise sounds embedded with brainwave pulses. For each track you listen, slower is the embedded brainwave frequency. You can listen just the first track for a ligth relaxation or the entire album for a deep and profound relaxation or even sleep induction.

The first two tracks are embedded with Alpha brainwave. Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. The third and fourth tracks are embedded with Theta brainwaves. Theta waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deeper relaxation, daydreaming, and sleep. The fifth track start with Theta and ramp down to the Delta state. Delta brainwaves are associated with deep sleep and unconscious awareness. The sixth track start with Delta and ramp down to the Epsilon state. These very slow brainwaves are associated with mystical states of consciousness.

What is white noise?

Just as white light is the aggregation of all visible light frequencies, white noise is the sound that is produced when all possible sound frequencies are played at once. An example of white noise is that hissing sound on your TV when it's not tuned in properly.

White Noise has a variety of benefits and applications. Because of its sound masking properties, white noise is ideal both as a concentration aid and a relaxation aid, and is useful in a huge range of situations. It can be used as a tool to encourages sleep, enhance meditation, mask tinnitus and even calm down fussy babies.
