The Persia album has two tracks with relaxing music and ethnic sounds with intruments like dutar and zither. It is embedded with Alpha and Theta brainwave pulses.

The first one start with 10 Hz Alpha and ramp down to 4.5 Hz Theta. It has several dutar melodies with the sound of whispering wind in the background. The second track start with 7 Hz Theta and ramp down to 4.5 Theta. It has a mysterious ambient music with hollowing wind and sand sounds.

Alpha brainwaves (8HZ - 12HZ) represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Most people experience this state just after waking and right before sleep
