The Brainwave States album is a collection of four tracks with pure Isochronic Tones ranging from Delta to Gamma.

Each brainwave type is associated with an specific state or characteristic, according to the description below:

Instinct: The first track stimulate the Delta brainwave band. It start with 0.5 Hz and ramp up to 4 Hz. Delta brainwaves are associated with deep sleep, unconscious awareness and a state of empathy.

Emotion: The second track stimulate the Theta brainwave band. It start with 4 Hz and ramp up to 8 Hz. Theta waves have been linked to experiencing emotions, daydreaming, intuition, relaxation, the subconscious mind, and REM sleep.

Consciousness: The third track stimulate the Alpha brainwave band. It start with 8 Hz and ramp up to 13 Hz. Relaxed detached awareness achieved during light meditation is characteristic of Alpha and is great for mind re-programming. Alpha heightens our imagination, visualization, memory, learning and concentration. It lies at the base of your conscious awareness and is the gateway to your subconscious mind.

Will: The fourth track stimulate the Beta-Gamma brainwave band. It start with 30 Hz and ramp up to 42 Hz. Stimulating Beta activity can improve our emotional stability, energy levels, attentiveness and concentration. Gamma brainwaves are associated with problem solving and are involved in higher mental activity and consolidation of information.
